Refund Policy

The hotel or the customer may terminate the contract by notifying the other party prior to the event date.
If the contract is terminated due to reasons attributable to either the hotel or the customer, the terminating party shall compensate the other party for cancellation fees as follows:
- Cancellation 150 days or more prior to the event date: Deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 149 and 60 days prior to the event date: 10% of the total event amount will be charged.
- Cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to the event date: 20% of the total event amount will be charged.
- Cancellation between 29 days prior to the event date and the event day: 35% of the total event amount will be charged.
