Refund Policy

The Hotel or the Customer may cancel the contract by notifying the other party prior to the event date specified in the contract.
If the contract is canceled due to reasons attributable to either the Hotel or the Customer, the party initiating the cancellation shall pay a penalty to the other party as follows
Cancellation due to reasons attributable to the Customer
- Cancellation notified up to 150 days prior to the scheduled wedding date (~ 150): Refund of deposit
- Cancellation notified up to 60 days prior to the scheduled wedding date (149 ~ 60): Penalty of 10% of total contract amount
- Cancellation notified up to 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date (59 ~ 30): Penalty of 20% of total contract amount
- Cancellation notified 29 days prior to the scheduled wedding date or later (29 ~ 10): Penalty of 40% of total contract amount
- Cancellation notified 9 days prior to the scheduled wedding date or later (9 ~ 1): Penalty of 50% of total contract amount
- On the day of the wedding: Penalty of 70% of total contract amount
Cancellation due to reasons attributable to the Hotel
- Cancellation notified up to 150 days prior to the scheduled wedding date (~ 150): Refund of deposit
