Guidelines

  • This product is for foreigners only, so guests will need to present their foreigner's residence certificate or passport when checking in. A regular fee may be charged if the guest's nationality cannot be confirmed.

  • The above rate may be subject to change without advance notice according to the circumstances of the Hotel.

  • This is available on a first-come first served basis. So, the package may be sold out early.

  • Oceanview room does not come with a terrace. A side view opens out to the beach.

  • Hotel spa facilities(Cimer, Ocean Pool, fitness club, sauna, indoor golf etc.) will be closed every 4th Wednesday of each month.
    Since this may change according to hotel policy, please be reminded of the changes when booking.

  • Closed : Aug. 26(However, fitness club (8:00~21:50), Ocean Spa Cimer, Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool will be open as usual.)
  • Closed : Sep. 16(However, Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool will be open as usual.)

  • Accommodation guideline

    - The extra guest fee of KRW 72,600 (including Tax and Service Charges) applies (max. 1 more adult)
    - Kids(elementary school students or younger) stay free up to two (2) children when sharing a room with up to two (2) adults. (However, one (1) child stays free when sharing a room with up to three (3) adults.)
    - You will get an extra bed in Deluxe room(Main building: bed / Annex: Sofa bed making) / Cimer & Ocean Pool (once) / a 50% discount on Indoor Sauna(once).
    - Availability of booking for additional number of guests and benefits may vary depending on the room type – Deluxe Ondol, Premium Deluxe, and Suite room.
    - However, package-only benefits are not included.


  • Cancellation Policy

    Reservation can be cancelled or modified until 18:00 of five days before arrival.
    Cancelling your reservation after 18:00 of two days before arrival until 18:00 of the day before arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the first night’s stay per room.
